Description
I would really like to be able to edit info in files that are uploaded, so I can add more info or change the existent one. In general, I would really like to have file manager a little bit more developed, in order to be able to administrate better the photos I upload to my site…

We encourage you to "rate" the suggestions. The higher the rating, the better the chance of the wish being granted (well, possibly).
I agree with Brunhilda— the upload interface needs to be fleshed out further. I'm deploying a grassroots wiki in a non-profit organization, and I can hardly see a way of training people to use the current file upload scheme.
There should be an easy way to upload files and drop the link into the page source— for example, a wizard button added to the page editor that would guide users through uploading, and generate and drop the link into the page automatically.
It's way too unwieldy to have to upload a file, then click on the page options again, get info for the file, copy the link, go back up to edit the page, drop the link in, &c.
Wikidot is generally so elegant… can we elegantize this feature a bit further?
I, too, would really like some more flexibility with the uploader and an easier way to link to my new uploads.
Yes, a file manager where I can see all my uploaded files, their location, and their size would be great.
I'd like to be able to chose multiple files to move or delete them.

Thank you, RobElliott. I've realized that this is an old thread after I've posted my answer.
