Description
The Comments Module enables you to display the forum discussion of the page the code is inserted on.
There are some lacking features in this module… I would like to see:
- The ability to display forum threads other than the one attached to the particular page (it exists!);
- The ability to paginate long discussions;
- In linear threads:
- The ability to limit the number of displayed posts;
- The ability to reverse the order that posts are displayed (newest at the top). — Done!
- The ability to allow public comments only for X days after original posting
- The ability to collapse comments except for first N or latest N

See the comments module docs. You can do something like this:
I suggest plugging it into a live template for the categories you want using the comments module.

@Rob; simplicity at it's best. Works fine.
Even though it's not quite as simple, I prefer the title="" option so I can control the font size for the custom title text. I think the default is H1, which is usually a bit large for my taste. Of course, that can all be set via CSS too.

Yes, and I'd prefer that the Comments module did not generate any title at all. It adds complexity for no real benefit.

Would [[module ForumThread t="thread-id"]] do what you want? See details in the Include Forum Thread How-To.
And whilest making these adjustments, think about a way so we can choose how we want the posts to be displayed like this for example

I would like a way to have the default view of messages folded from the start so it is cleaner and someone can click the ones they want to see. I think it would so help with scrolling the comment section.
