Howdy,
I really like your Start Blog code here on wikidot.com. I'm very new to wiki and have some questions.
First, would it be possible to use several different blogs on a wiki site? I'd like to have three different ones: one for the site itself, one for one major part of the site and the other for the other major part of the site. Could I just make copies of some of the pages and change a little bit of code to have 3 separate (and parallel) different blogs running?
If so, how would (and should) I do it? I have some ideas, but I'm not sure how I should go forward.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
If you look at the HowTos, you have the choice between :
Both have their pros and cons. E.g. the forum based blog does not allow tags… while the page based blog has a problem with dates.
If you want to mimick this one, follow instructions at howto:create-a-blog.
For the second blog, you only need to add
and change "type=blog" by "type=blog2" inside the code.
The RSS feed displayed in the address bar subscribes for new comments only; is there a separate feed for new articles?
