Track Site And Forum Changes In One Page

From the main documentation at http://www.wikidot.com/doc:modules it seems that the module SiteChanges is the answer. Indeed, it is not alone to do the job.

Contrarily to the SiteChanges module, the module Pages will only list unique edited pages even they have been modified many times recently.
