Ratings
Go to your admin panel. And go to Appearance & Behavior Click it and then; at the bottom you will see Page ratings click it and it will give you an option to disable or enable the ratings.
Discuss
Go to Admin panel like you did with the Ratings. Find Forum you found it. Click the Forum and go to Per page discussion you can enable or disable the discussion with any category pages.
