Thanks for this tsangk :) You made a slight mistake, put 'code' there instead of 'embed', but other than that it worked fine!

Embed a IRC Chat Room using freenode.net.

Save and link this page.

Hm, whoever connects to the server first is automatically the admin. Is there any way that I can permanently own a server, so that even if I'm not online, no-one else can become admin just by connecting first?
I assume I'd have to pay for it, and am willing to do that if necessary. Just looking for a site to do that from. Is there a page on freenode.net that I should be looking at? :S

You can register at freenode as permanent admin of the channel.
I've opened a channel for the new forum.wikidot.com.

I've been sitting in #wikidot for the past several months (computer is connected almost 24-7), and occasionally see people pop in. They ask questions then leave, before I have a chance to reply. Would be nice if we had more people in there :)
