Is there a way to make a sorted gallery, perhaps within tabview? So you could have a tab, say, of Images A-D, then another E-H, and so on?
Not with the gallery module but you can do this with data forms. Have a look at http://vineyard.wikidot.com/random-images which will show you how to show random images and also images tagged with a specific letter inside tabs. Ther permissions are relaxed so you can see the page source of the image:_template page and the random-images page.

I uploaded image with size 800x1000, but gallery shows either "thumbnail" or "medium" size, is any way to show bigger image??
Yes, you can use a css module on a specific gallery page or put the CSS into your main CSS page. The syntax is as follows and you should change the height and width to whatever you need:
How can I include captions under each picture in my photo gallery? THX
Unfortunately, you cannot (yet?).
Hence, post a We need... !
Yes, he can. But not in a simple way. I already explained to him how to do it here:

I am sorry Brunnie, but the question was about the [[gallery]] command, which unfortunately does not display any caption, a job Confluence's gallery macro can do.
I know, but I think he still can get the same effect with this code. It needs just a little bit of work and patience…
