A member of one of my private sites reported that every time he navigates to one of the pages, the window jumps to the bottom of the page and inserts a cursor in the space for commenting. No other site member has reported this problem. I observed it happen on his screen. I looked at my own user settings and didn't see anything that determines where one starts on a page. Any ideas what to tell him? He uses Internet Explorer.
Thanks!
It sounds like maybe he's got an addon or turned on some kind of accessibility mode that's causing that behavior. I'd suggest disabling addons and see if that helps. Depending on the version of IE he's got, toggling compatibility mode might help too. Sorry, I'm kind of grasping at straws here.

I have created a public site and have the Comment module added to the bottom of the page. A person that is not a Wikidot member can view the page, but may not make a comment. Is there a way to set the permission on this site so that non-wikidot members can make comments on this public site?
Thank you for your time.
Yes, just open your site manager (yours is here), select "Forum", then "Permissions" and set the permissions as you'd like them to be. The column you are looking for is 'anonymous'. Remember to save the changes when you're done.
