Hi there!
So, I'm trying to set up a scrolling marquee for announcements across the top of my site (either in the nav:top or just at the top of an individual page). Ultimately, I want to use a form fill to simply punch in the information and have the published date automatically show up.
Here's the code I'm attempting to use:

<html>
<body>
<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=VT323" rel="stylesheet">
<marquee behavior="scroll" direction="left">
%%form_data{date}%% - %%form_data{announce}%%
</marquee>
<style>
body {
color: #6495ED;
font-family: 'VT323', monospace;
font-size: 20px;
}
</style>
</body>
</html>

Two overall questions:
- Is there a quick and easy way to put something like this together?
- Would it be better to just use a ListPages module reading off the most recent published page?
Thanks in advance!
