Draw Latest Posts from a certain category

You can limit by category on the initial page load with a URL parameter ("?categoryId=…"), but the parameter doesn't stick through pagination.

Ideally, the RecentPosts module would accept a parameter like:

[[module RecentPosts categoryId="xxx"]][[/module]]

… which I'm off to search the feature requests for.
