Well I've finally created a public wiki! It is a site to promote fellowship and information among Victorian-era enthusiasts, re-creators, re-enactors, and students:

It is the foundation of what we most earnestly hope will turn into a full-fledge organized Victorian League (along the lines of a "Victorian era SCA group"). Everyone is welcome to join and contribute! Thanks!

I'm still unsure what is ok to post, so I may lurk a bit until I get the hang of this. For the moment, I'd like to recommend the following site for tons of information on the Victorian Era:

I'd also like to recommend a book called 'What Jane Austen ate and Charles Dickens Knew' by Daniel Pool. A wealth of information and a fun read!

This might be off topic, but I have a Victorian persona called Baroness Von Klawschnitzle, and she has her own MySpace page.

I got the name from one of those hilarious "ridiculous cat names" memes, and I loved it so much, I took it for myself.

I make Victorian reproduction gowns and hats. I throw Victorian lawn parties so I have somewhere to wear them! See my website for more if you are interested.
