wikipedia link with language parameter

In a multiple language world, it seems usefull to be able not only to link to the english version of wikipedia, but to the international versions too.

So the idea would be to no just be able to type Albert_Einstein but instead also lang=<language> which would then result in a call of http://<language>.wikipedia.org etc, e.g. lang=de to http://de.wikipedia.org

What I mean is that the wikipedia tag could use a parameter for language, e,g. like this:
[wikipedia:Albert_Einstein lang=<language>]

I second the request for full Interwiki support (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interwiki), but i think the right syntax should be simpler. Like [wikipedia:Albert_Einstein] for the main english entry and [dewikipedia:Albert_Einstein] or [de.wikipedia:Albert_Einstein] for the german one — i.e., languages should be denoted by prefixing the ISO standard two letter code.

Any news on this? we are deploying a wiki in german and in portuguese and it would be great to link to wikipedia in this languages.
