You can "attach" files to an artivle ( a page !) .

means: Page option buttons contain a file button - click it and decide what you want to do upload or summary.

TIP: never forget to NAME your files with correct Extension, if they are word.docs or excel.xls or …pdf's -…

Deb, you might want to look at the instructions I wrote for my users and see if it helps. At the moment the wiki is still open as it's under development. The address is http://rbmp.wikidot.com and there are links for adding files and adding photos on the side bar.
