Is it possible to change the site icon that shows up when the site is bookmarked/favorited (eg. the red dice looking thing with the "W") to a custom one?

No, sorry, you cannot change the favicon. This is because the favicon needs to be in the default directory of a website. There may be a CSS solution out there but I have yet to find one.
This is something that really needs to be fixed on the basic level of how favicons work.

Well, if there is a way to use HTML directly in the wiki, you can do that.
@Socks:
Yea I found the HTML, but it has to be placed in the <head> </head> tags of the page. I have no idea how to get to the HTML source for my pages. I've poked around in the Site Manager but found nothing.
Can you tell me how to do it in HTML?

<head>
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="ICON URL">
<link rel="icon" type="image/ico" href="ICON URL">
</head>
Something like that.
I'm going to put some research on this and submit a mini-report to the power that be. Thanks. :)

Thanks hart. I was wondering how to do this too.
I'm assuming Pro Users are paying ones, correct?
What counts as "some time"?
