Only default pages show up in the per page discussion section

The documentation is pretty scarce it seems on how to go about setting up per page discussions. I'd like to set up per page discussions for a few pages on my wiki, however the pages don't show up in the Manage Site : Forum & discussion : Per page discussion section. The only pages that are listed there are: admin, forum, nav, search & system. How do I get my pages to show up in that list?

It depends on the pages itself!

You have to insert the module comments in every page (at the bottom is a god idea):

I do not exactly understand the question.

However, if you want to make appear the "Per page discussion" in the forum:start page, you have to move up the "Per page discussion" outside the "Hidden group" of forum categories which contains by default the Deleted threads and the Per page discussion.

I can understand why Deleted threads would be in the "Hidden group," but why would Per page discussion be hidden by default?

This is Setup- dependent … move the category in another group in the forum-settings

Per page discussion pages are forum pages… That is why they don't appear in the pages list in Site Manager.
