Automatic tagging/linking

I'd quite like a program that scours all my pages for page titles and sets them as links.

Also, tagging is not only a chore, but some of my visitors don't do it. This would be tricky, but automatic tagging would be great.

This would need a lot of dictionaries -

- a list of words we do not want to see as links or tags

- and this per language…

I do not believe this is easy to mantain.
