How many watchers would you have on your site? Enough that you need to click the "and more…" link to view them all?
No, as mentioned above, I'm not getting notifications when I click "watch". So even *IF* it were an issue of too many people, that would not explain why I'm not getting notifications. In some cases. I'm the only person watching the page. This is also effecting some other users as well, one is very new. Then for other people, it's working just fine. So to clarify further. I go to a page, I click watch… my name does not appear on the watch list and I do not get any notifications. But I do see an "unwatch" option.. so, wikidot thinks I'm watching, and I did click "watch", but it's not working. It's not a case of me being a newb, I've been installing and using the watch feature for years.
This sounds like a bug to me. Might be worth reporting on the feedback site where the devs will see it and they can access your site to see if it's a database glitch related to your site or a system wide issue.
Yes I think it's a bug too. However I've lost faith in the bug reporting system as it has never worked for me when I use it. And I usually get better results from posting here. I still have outstanding bugs, one is over a year old and effecting my other Wikidot Pro+ account, it just gets totally ignored. I'd like to think that if I'm paying for the best program wikidot has to offer on one account, and even have a second pro-light account, that I could at least get a reply on the feedback site. In another case I cannot find the URL to a site that I need to delete because wikidot does not show the wikidot URL, it only shows the domain. So when there is a domain issue I'm SOL because wikidot does not list the wikidot location of the site. I've been waiting on this for nearly a year too. So no… I don't have faith in the feedback/bug system. Maybe it works for others, but it does not work for me.

I have not changed my watching setup. I watch sites all the time. It should not suddenly change.
Try to hold your watching on complete sites… and not only single pages or categories..
Why? Do page and category watching not work anymore? It seems to me that if there is an option to watch a page or category, that I should not have to try and not do that. I've been watching pages and categories for years with no issue. My staff site is consistently ranked on the wikidot What's hot page for activity. Just today we have had 62 changes and this is pretty typical. I don't want to watch the whole site, I only want to watch pages that are relevant to my work so that I can get 10 wanted notices per day, not 62 unwanted notices.
Thanks for the ideas, I know I sound like a dick right now. I'm pissed because I have put stock into using wikidot as a staff site to keep us organized and now instead of saving me time, it is costing me time.
