protect petitions from vandalism
I am running a petition which is fludded by vandals who sign under false names. If I simply mark and delete the signatures, then they can sign again because the script only protects against signing from the same e-mail address. As soon as I remove the signature from the list, the associated e-mail address is also deleted and the script allows the vandal to sign again. Therefore a feature that simply allows for marking signatures as deleted but do not actually delete them (or alternatively - somehow keeps in memory the culprit's e-mail or ip address) would be useful.
