value for offset
What kind of value should be used in the offset space? I can't seem to find a working value for that. Also, how do you identify the thread within the forum category which should be used?

Are there any performance disadvantages for Wikidot? If it's searching for the date of every page in your wiki, surely that's a lot of server stress?

James deleted Erich Steinböck as "author" - because he has not created the code…
I do not know why and what Ja,mes is doing such things… Erich has written the authorship of the other Creator as the first sentence on the page.
I find it rude to change a foreign page and delete the authorship over all communbity rules without notification, discussion with the author and the community.
I reverted it to the last revision back.

I find it rude to claim other people's work as your own. In Australia, it's called plagiarism and is illegal. I'm reverting back.

Please - Have a look at the first revision - Erich is the inventor of the trick to use a module giving back the "oldest date".
The other user has made only the changes to the mdern ListPages Module. and NOT written this article.
You cannot change a long lasting article by your quick reading over the last version.
I do not understand what is driving you against the community now?

Sorry, James, I am a little tired to control the changes on the community site, if someone starts a huge modification…
I believe you want to to your best for a new strucure of the page names and categories.. I know - this is difficult enough not to oversee something.
But sometimes between this changes there are some edits of the content I do not understand why they are happening and has nothing to do with the "global" changes from "include:" to "inc:" or "home:" to "start:" and other problems in the "howto:"
- quasi editing in "going by" .
I am tired to argument for a correction of such changes back , because there are only some overseen facts.
This is creating extra work for the community to change the "driver" back
Therefore my question …

it is ok James - You did really a big and huge work to shift the pages into the new cateories and to "clean" the commuity site.
it is not neccessary to control & clean the content in the same step!
