this is what I saw

That is strange and new for me!
1. I have seen on your profile that there is no site for you created : http://www.wikidot.com/user:info/wrf0456
2. I have to ask the developers of the Wikidot team why it is disabled at the moment ( o longer?) or if this depends of the low karma new accounts can have.

Question: have you tried it again since yestereday to create a new site / test site for you?
I made a clone of my http://community.wikidot.com/app:genealogy-template building a new clean test site for me..

ummm I tried it again and again but still can't is it not suit with Mac safari or something?

Does create site requires some internet plugin and I don't have?

only cookies ready and allowed for third party cookies is neccessary…

Safari is normally used on MAC…

I have just tested if site creation works on low-karma accounts, and it does. Perhaps changing your browser could be your solution. Try to create your site in Google Chrome or Firefox, and see if it works then.

tested on firefox and it doesn't work….

Looks like your third party extenstions like (Adobe-)Flash or cookies are not allowed?

Hi, we are blocking accounts which was created with some chinees domains due tu significant ammount of spam created from those domain. This blockade was created almost 2 years ago.You have to change your account email and try agan. I'm sorry for all difficulties.
