The ratings modules we use at the SCP Foundation wiki aren't working properly. Sometimes, the module in the code of the page doesn't agree with the rating at the bottom of the page. Sometimes, neither of them agree with a manual count.
This thread should be at -4 by manual count, but is showing +1. I've placed the code used in the page here.

EDIT: Scratch that, mann is right. But, they don't seem to show any rating lower than +1 for any page created in the last week or so.
Seems more random than that. I've seen anywhere from five higher to two lower. It does seem to affect mostly newer articles (last week or so), though I haven't done extensive searching to check yet.
Based on my experimentation, it seems that the displayed ratings have entirely frozen. Attempts to uprate, downrate or clear older ratings do not budge the displayed number. However, the list of user names and their associated ratings still appears to be responsive. This seemed to only affect newer pages at first, but has affected older pages as time has gone on.
