Can You Watch More Than 10 Pages?

I'm trying to watch changes in a specific wiki by setting some/all pages as “watched pages,” but there seems to be limit of a maximum of 10 pages that can be flagged “watched”.

Questions:

  • Can you watch more than 10 pages?
  • Can you watch any change in a specific wiki without having to set each and every page as “watched”?
  • Can I watch more than 10 of my own forum posts?
  • Can you automatically watch all your own forum posts?

Thanks!

I made the check of all my wiki pages with the modules :

[[div style="float:left; border: gray 1px solid; width: 41%"]]
Last changes on : **Pages**

[[module SiteChanges]]
[[/div]]

In Action:

http://snippets.wikidot.com/code:last-changes-double-panel

For the Forum posts to list with ONLY MY OWn ( or another user as I understand your question) _ I do not know any workaround…

My question was about setting pages as “watched pages” so that changes feed into an RSS feed.

The answer to the second question “Can you watch any change in a specific wiki without having to set each and every page as watched?” seems to be:

Yes. Put a http://(your-wikidot-wiki).wikidot.com/feed/site-changes.xml link on your site like http://community.wikidot.com does (at the very bottom of the side bar). By clicking on this link you enable an RSS feed that informs of any changes on site http://(your-wikidot-wiki).wikidot.com.

You do not have to create feed/site-changes.xml — it works magically.

I couldn't find any documentation for this feature though. Am I missing something?

I'm still looking for answers to the other three questions.

If you want to get informed about any new posts on more than 10 forum threads,

  • you don't first set each thread as “Watched discussion” and then feed those watched discussions into an RSS feed, but
  • instead you can directly feed any (i. e. more than 10) thread changes (new posts) into your RSS Feed reader by clicking on the feed-icon-14x14.png RSS: new posts link (right hand, at the top) on each thread that you'd like to monitor.

Why anyone then should want to set a forum thread as a “Watched discussion” I don't understand, though.

Now that I've got easy access to my watched threads, I've bumped against the 10-discussion limit. Sure, I could enter these individually into my reader, but

Why anyone then should want to set a forum thread as a “Watched discussion” I don't understand, though.

If we really need a limit, why not 100?
