Here is the message I was sent. Because you also were using AdSense, you should have an email that is similar to this:

Subject: Wikidot.com - AdSense integration to be removed, introducing new tools
Dear leiger,
as announced a week ago on our blog http://blog.wikidot.com/blog:advertising,
on 2. April we will close the current Wikidot+AdSense integration.
AdSense integration (http://www.wikidot.com/adsense) is a way to connect your
AdSense and Wikidot accounts, and put advertising on your Wikidot sites using
our panel at https://www.wikidot.com/panel:adsense.
We have determined that you are using your AdSense account with at least one
site on Wikidot, and you might be directly affected by the changes.
We are providing a new administration tool to help you monetize your sites
in a more flexible way. It can be found in Site Manager for each of your
sites, and supports AdSense and other advertising networks.
The simplest way to migrate to the new ad management system:
1. Go to https://www.wikidot.com/panel:adsense and check which of your
sites run ads.
2. Go to the Site Manager on each of those sites, click on Advertising.
3. Follow on-screen instructions to set up AdSense ads.
New ad management gives you 100% of generated revenue, instead of 80% so far,
but instead requires a paid Wikidot account. Starting 2. April only Pro Lite,
Pro and Pro Plus users will be able to control ads on their sites.
If you are not a Pro user, you might take a look at plans at pricing:
http://www.wikidot.com/plans.
Feel free to send questions to moc.todikiw|sda-troppus#moc.todikiw|sda-troppus.
Best regards,
The Wikidot Team

It says to send questions to "moc.todikiw|sda-troppus#moc.todikiw|sda-troppus" so maybe that is worth a try. But please post the links to the two websites you are having problems with here as well, and let us know how you go if you send an email to that address.
