Hi,

I have removed the nav:top from my Appearance -> Navigational Elements page and I no longer have a top menu. Great, that's what I wanted. However, the default top menu and it's default items still show up in my Wanted Pages module:

Top Bar Menu example-item-1
Top Bar Menu example-item-2

Given that neither the Top Menu Bar (nav:top) nor the example-item-1 or example-item-2 pages exist on my site, I can't figure out why they would be showing up in my WantedPages module output.

How do I stop them from showing up?

True - I just put it in the deleted category. I believe I have deleted it completely now because when I click on the "Top Menu Bar" link I get this:

The page does not (yet) exist.
The page deleted:nav:top you want to access does not exist.

create page

However, it is still showing up in my WantedPages module output…?

Oh well, look at that. They were there, I swear!

On a related note, I think that the WantedPages module should ignore deleted: pages. That would seem to just make sense but I know that's not your baliwick.

Hey Guys,

Am I missing something here? Don't deleted pages (completely or otherwise) show up on the WantedPages list if a link to them exists somewhere on your site? If nav:top is a wanted page, that means another page has a link to it, but the page no longer exists (which would be the case if it was deleted completely or renamed to deleted:nav:top). That's the purpose for the WantedPages module — to find pages that don't exist, but a link to them exists from some other page(s).

I think you removed them from the list when you edited some other page(s) that had links to the old nav:top page.
