Change Permission Error Message

When you try to edit a page but haven't logged on yet, you receive:

Permision Error:
Oooops! Sorry, you can not edit this page. Only members of this site, site administrators and perhaps selected moderators are allowed to."

Can this message be changed to something like:

"You can only edit this page if your are a member of this site, a site administrator, or perhaps a selected moderator and have logged on."

In addition, either "logged on" should be link to the log-in screen or the mesage should have an additional button "Log in".

(There is also at least one very similar permission error message reading "… only wikidot.com members …" that might as well be changed)

Another one is when a user tries to go into the manage site page and is not logged in. The permission error box says" You have no permission to configure the site properties. Only site admins are allowed to do it.But right now you are not even logged in…".

Is there any possibility of a slightly less fierce message which might say something like"Sorry, you have no permission to configure the site properties unless you are a site admin and logged in".
