On one of my sites where I've added this feature, the page owner, 
MrMicx, cannot rename or move files that they have attached to their page.

I've checked the permissions in the Site manager, and they are set so that the page owner/creator can rename files. I've also tried cancelling that permission, saving, then re-instating it again and saving, in the hope that it might fix the issue. Didn't work.
They have tried Editing the page and saving again, to recompile. That doesn't fix the problem as they are still unable to rename or move anything that they upload.
Deleting files works perfectly fine.
I'm the admin, so I tried next. Renaming and moving files works fine for me. However, the permissions are set so that the page creator also has these rights, and it's not working.
NOTE: Originally I thought this was only occurring as part of the new Per-site Profiles feature. I've come to discover that it is now site-wide.
To reproduce: Become a member of http://cyclods.wikidot.com, go to your member page, upload a file, then try to either rename or move it.
