Is it possible? I want to list orphaned pages from a certain category, but I want to exclude certain pages from that category that have a certain tag.

No, it doesn't. It lists all pages of art category and without a certain tag. You can see it here.

This would be very useful, since there are categories that don't need to be backlinked, and categories that should be backlinked… When do you think we can have this?
