Site’s Licensing

In your site’s administration, you can find a page that lets you choose your license of your site, set as default the CC BY-SA 3.0.
If I wanted to change the license, to, say CC BY-SA 4.0, are there any restrictions or steps I have to make? Or do you just put:
Unless stated otherwise Content of this page is licensed under <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/deed.en">Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License</a>And that’s it?
