How do I verify my wiki using Bing Webmaster Tools?
It says I have to upload an XML file to the root directory. So how do I verify my wiki using Bing Webmaster Tools?

Try using metadata.
Most browser tools let you use metadata to verify a site, like Google Search Console. I imagine Bing uses it too.
If you can use metadata, then the way you put it on your site is by clicking (on the bottom toolbar) “+ Options”, then “Edit Meta”, and then “Add a new meta tag”. Then, paste the metadata.

It said "Body tag not found: make sure you place the verification tag with the correct verification key 1E1783C493997F7AB60F981ABAF22EC2 in the <head> section and before the <body> tag in your page."
