Wikidot is great but it would be even better if it enabled RSS feeds for pages, recent changes and most of all for tags!

That is not true.

Have a look into the doc,
or the howto's.. there are of course RSS feeds implemented
(how do you think I am informed of your post ?)

or put in the search field (right top):
RSS or
feeds or
tag

and you will get a lot of answers…

I think sepkamvar can be forgiven for confusion. The docs say there is an rss feed export feature, but nowhere that I could find on the main site do they actually explain how to get at them. A search for RSS Export yields only 3 hits, 2 of which are saying the feature exists and the 3rd a changelog item: http://www.wikidot.com/search:site/q/rss%2520export
