Suggestion for new tags to hide part of content when using
[[module Pages preview="true"]]
With the option preview, it shows the first sentences of the page. Fine.
However, we (from handbook.wikidot.com) would like to hide something we repeat from page to page:
Wiki Syntax
Deutsch - English - Español - Français - Italiano - Polski
Copied (not included !) from http://www.wikidot.com/doc:wiki-syntax - this is the same page You open if You edit a page and click at…
Add Another Language
Deutsch - English - Español - Français - Italiano - Polski
nav:side-xy Create a new nav:side-xy based on nav:side-en
Change all en to the new xy language code1 Todo: create a standard…
i.d. the Deutsch - English - Español - Français - Italiano - Polski, the Magic Language Navigation(tm) of (y)our handbook.wikidot.com.
Thus the idea of [[hide]] Mister Hyde [[/hide]] to hide this navigation bar which is not really a page content.
An alternative solution would be the introduction of new tags for page summary (chapeau in French)
[[summary]] This is a very interesting page … [[/summary]]
If present it would be the preview triggered by [[module Pages preview="true"]];
if not, the current action would prevail.
