As we can see, there are two templates in the community, which is the old one like this one and the new one like this page. Especially for the former one, it always took some time for me to wait for the content for a long time. So what
I think is to replace the old template completely or to fix the problem in the old template.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand. Is there a different way that you could explain the same thing?

For example, I understand you linked to help:start which is one of the community's many old home pages.

You mentioned the new one as well, but just said "this page". Do you mean what is seen here — https://community.wikidot.com ?

But I am most confused by this sentence:

Especially for the former one, it always took some time for me to wait for the content for a long time.
