click Delete Account at the bottom of the list and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and after clicking in the link in the e-mail, you will be prompted to provide your password. After all, your account will be deleted.
I feel like it isn't exactly correct grammar-wise.
"Clicking in the link" should be "clicking on the link".
"After all" should be "after that" or "after doing so".
EDIT: I recently became aware that Community admins can't necessarily change the documentation on the www subdomain if they aren't developers. My bad.
