19 days after my first request, and 2 follow ups, I DID GET A REFUND! (Now all I have to do is find a new wiki and recreate my current one. Grrrr)

Wikidot appears to be abandoned. Bugs galore, no support. Sales phone number (the only number published) is disconnected. Email to my "priority support" is unanswered.
I paid for a year (Pro+ upgrade) at $239.90 on 22 March 2019 and would like a full refund due to not providing the service I paid for. Or a working service.

I am sorry to hear this, indeed we've been having some issues at Wikidot that affected communication with our clients. We cannot issue refund to a credit card after more than 180 days, the easiest we could do would be to send a Paypal transfer. Please provide us with your Paypal email address, we could send a refund to you this way.
