… and when we send mail for support, we don't get a reply. Money was paid via BTC just like the last several times. The notice on the payment screen says that payment will automatically be detected and upgraded but that didn't happen and when I return to the upgrade page a different payment address is now shown rather than the original that we sent money to. Not being able to get a reply from support is not helping either.
There are 35 sites attached to this account and we cannot edit any of them until our account is updated. One event for one site already went unpromoted as a result of being locked out.
