One of the suggestions on that page is involvement in the community. For example, helping others out here in these forums. If you are restricting yourself to just SCP, that may be why the algorithm keeps it relatively low.

Also, sometimes it just needs patience :) You've been a member of Wikidot for about a year now, keep contributing to SCP, continue working on your own site (I can see that you have one there), and reply to the occasional topic in the community. You'll find that it will likely go up faster when you don't pay attention to it as much, and instead focus on those things :)

If you want to raise your Karma, keep posting forum messages. But ehh… Spamming is not a good choice. Just be active.
