Can't edit tags and title
In support section it says that I can edit the tags and title for my free domain. On that page there is only the option to change URL.
Please, why is this and how can I possibly get that title changed?

Option does not exist in the way the support descibes.
If I understand your question, you need to edit those in your Site Manager (your-wiki-name.wikidot.com/admin:manage). It's under the General Settings section.

I have neither Site Manager nor General settings.
I log in at dot.tk, there I have
- My profile
- My domains
- Tikinet
- Ambassador program
- TK mail
Under My domains I choose "modify a domain". There I can change what URL it refers to, bur not tags or title.
Are you in the right universe?
I ask,as you don't appear to have a WIKIDOT site?
I guess I should have checked first. You need to create a new wiki before you can access and edit site settings.
What is dot.tk?
It appears he has this wiki confused with another wiki.
