In the member list on SITE MANAGER, I have the option of upgrading people to a Moderator or Admin.

Am I right in thinking that an Admin can do everything and anything that I can?

And what can a moderator do?

Admins can do almost everything you can do as the site creator/owner. The main things they can't do are delete a site or change the base URL (under Manage Site > Misc Actions). There may be other limitations, but these are 2 that come to mind right away.

Moderators don't have access to the site manager I think, so they can not promote themselves to admins, make more admins or mods etc, but I have never made or been a moderator, so thats just a guess.
