Do such conditionals as IF this DO THAT, and OTHERWISE DO THIS exist within Wikidot.com?

For example, if a given page on my wikidot wiki has been tagged "help," I would like the text of that page to include the line "I see you're looking for some help, there!" If the help tag is subsequently removed, I would like that line to not display.
