I loaded images that you view. I checked them from home and from my work. Now, when I open the wiki I only see a box with a red X. Did I do something for that to happen? or is it a bug?

"Save" and "Save and Continue" won't light up when using Delete to modify the title.

After the major upgrade, even if images files are regularly stored somewhere, they are not visualized.
