... at least at the beginning

I’m working with a team of six others. We are creating a curriculum that we will share for the upcoming 2012-2013 program year. We think that a wiki format would best serve us and we’d like to select a good company/ program by the end of May so we can upload and revise curriculum in June. Here’s my question. We are currently looking at a monthly calendar format with some sidebar tabs that can group the curriculum by themes. Visually, that might look like a calculator, with a space at the top for intro materials, the lower/ middle section with 12 months of curriculum, and a couple of additional buttons for other items/ categories. By clicking on any of the sections, we’d get more details, links and resources. By the way, would we be able to add powerpoint presentations to this platform?
