						 <p>Wikidot would be much more powerful for our private company wiki if file links would be recognized (so that I can link to documents/folders on our company server).</p> <p>The hyperlink parser seems to recognize key words such as http:<em>, https:</em> and ftp://</p> <p>It would be really useful if it could recognize the key work file:<br /> As a simple example, paste this as a link into your browser and see what happens<br /> file://C:\WINDOWS\<br /> (assuming you're on a windows computer).</p> <p>Wikidot doesn't recognize the link at the moment, and just displays the text. A clickable link would be perfect. Thanks to the developers for a great resource, I'm really impressed.</p> <p>Cheers,</p> <p>Jon</p>
