  • Go to Site-Manager
  • Click on Forum & discussion, then on Structure
  • Look up Per page discussions, then click on move down until the Per page discussions category moves to a another group
  • Click on Save button

    I know I can use site-manager to show all the hidden categories, but I don't want to show deleted-threads too. If moving per-page out of Hidden is too difficult I could live with showing all hidden by default as long as it appeared below the normal categories instead of above, like it does now.
