						 <p>Moderators don't have access to the site manager I think, so they can not promote themselves to admins, make more admins or mods etc, but I have never made or been a moderator, so thats just a guess.</p>

						 <p>Admins can do <strong>almost</strong> everything you can do as the site creator/owner. The main things they can't do are delete a site or change the base URL (under Manage Site &gt; Misc Actions). There may be other limitations, but these are 2 that come to mind right away.</p> <p>-Ed</p>
