I'm always happy to find new websites in Portuguese, and Empório das Índias is a particularly beautiful one. I like the clean, professional, yet pleasant design. It seems the site is still being developed, but it's already a good example of a business site in Wikidot.

That page could probably be put under Doc & Help. People might also notice it better if it is on the side bar.

You are right - I copied Shane's STE Editor from APP:_start to the featured sites..

Question : where should teh APP:_start be inserted into the menu?

ansd should we put it on the welcome screen too?

( perhaps only whith a big Link?)

Seconded. The new site looks great ;-) It's a good example of a page-based forum, and the feedback tracker is sophisticated and easy to navigate, as is the all new extension gallery.

Hey everyone,

I'd like to see my site featured :P

So I was wondering how many people agreed with me that it is worth featuring.

It's the same site that gerdami linked to above, except with a custom domain: http://www.wdeditor.com/

I've just released my latest version (v3.20), which includes extensions… you can create your own custom extensions, and share them with other STE users. At the moment extensions are fairly basic, but they allow you to create shortcuts to your favourite code snippets so that you can easily insert them into your document.

Not just yet - it will be getting a new theme soon, and a new home page. Despite me being the one that suggested it, I think it's best to wait until the site is ready for contributions before featuring it here. Shouldn't take more than another 7-10 days (end of October) before it's ready.

I really like this site. It has a very modern look about it which is an interesting contrast considering the content held by the site. The amount of white space fits perfectly with the design too and I also really like the tooltip design.

PS: I have nothing against kempies.org as a featured site - again it is a wonderful example what is all possible within wikidot!

I agree totally and looking over the criteria I see nothing that would disqualify it for consideration as a featured site.

Well, this is my new site and I think it is very nice. It has a lot fo Wikidot syntax, and CSS, and everything that is required for a site to be featured.

The site is a linguistic one: it is about Serbian orthography and grammar, as well as every day's doubts that an average Serbian native speaker encounters. Also it can be useful for advanced Serbian language students.

And Kaivalagi has built an incredible Python script "conkyGuayadeque" and a support thread, complete with instructions for downloading and installing it. The support thread is in the Ubuntu Forums but Kaivalagi is an ARCH user so there is support there as well. This app is getting a LOT of attention and the site really should be a Featured Site. My Opinion, I hope others agree
