Somebody experimented with this an found that it disabled all links in the admin manage links. Which means you cannot change it back
It doesn't like long names in the Wiki Title

Do not use any custom theme for the admin category. It tends to break stuff (though when I changed my admin to a non custom theme, it broke once too, so just leave it alone).
Solution to the issue posted above, add an admin manage module somewhere else (that has a different theme). If there are no such places, well ouch; Use firefox web developer to overwrite the CSS, while you are fixing it :)
