Thanks to user quispyqueems does not match any existing user name !

He has found the reason why Wikidot Wikis over Custom Domain in Chrome is not working!

See the Thread from this user on Community forum http://community.wikidot.com/forum/t-13666058/login-problems-with-custom-domain#post-4755035

Here is the information copied for all who are in an emergency:

A) Question: **Login Problems with Custom Domain **
Hello!

I recently got a custom domain for one of my sites, but am unable to be logged in or edit anything when using it. What I mean by this is:

This is quite frustrating. If any body has any ideas as to what I could to to resolve this, that would be great.

B) The answer:
Found the answer to the problem here on the SCP Wiki, for anybody who is curious.

On February 10th, 2020, the Chromium project1 announced that they would be enforcing the SameSite cookie change. Instead of simply adding the flag "SameSite" to the cookie, it needs to be set as "SameSite=None" to allow the permissive cross-domain behavior Wikidot relies on.

Firefox does not have the underlying code change that causes this issue, and does not plan on implementing it in the near future. Alternatively, switching to it as your main browser for the wiki will allow you to use http://scpwiki.com/.

Note: As I've noticed that many people have asked about and experienced this problem before in the community forum, I'd advise that the link provided above be sent to them in the future.

Thanks again for this lasting problem with Custom domains !

C) Another findings by user EreticopedioEreticopedio ( copied from mail down)

I discovered that we can disable the samesite cookie on chrome going to chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies
