I just posted a way to code a link with a scheme1 for which there is no native support by the Wikidot syntax.

Wikidot supports the following URL schemes for links

  • http://,
  • https://,
  • ftp://,
  • gopher://,
  • news://,
  • mailto:, and
  • mms://

If you would like to code a link with a scheme other than those above, e. g. you should check out my Iframe Link How-To.

One example for an unsupported scheme is discussed in forum thread APT-URLs.
