Excel Import Utility Upgraded

For those interested in importing simple Excel tables into Wikidot, see HowTo:import-simple-excel-tables-into-wikidot, I have upgraded this utility.
Now, horizontal alignments (left, center, right) and basic formatting (bold, italic, underline) are converted into the wikidot format.
